Cancellations - Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking value. - Cancellations must be communicated directly to our team via email or phone to be considered valid. 3.Date Changes - You may request a change of date for your booking up to 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event. - Date changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. 4.No-Show Policy - In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking. 5.Payment and Charges - Card details are securely held to guarantee your booking. - No charges will be applied unless the cancellation or no-show policies are breached. 6.
